- Able to step into a project from any stage of creative development, production, or postproduction
- Experience working across a wide range of budgets, timelines, and team sizes
- Comfortable leading crews of 100+ or executing entire projects solo, and everything in between
- Background in VFX and Postproduction workflows
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, generative AI tools, and Google Drive
- Can-do attitude with focus on problem solving :)
